Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Aldercrestt LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company with its principal office at 1720 Powderhouse Rd, Ste 2547, Cheyenne, WY 82009, United States ("Aldercrestt", "we", "us"). They govern your access to the Aldercrestt marketplace and all related services (the "Platform").

By creating an account, placing an order, or using the Platform in any way, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Aldercrestt.

Aldercrestt LLC operates the Aldercrestt marketplace and is the official seller (seller of record) and Merchant of Record for every transaction completed on it. Independent sellers, both individuals and shops (the "Sellers"), list their pieces for sale on the Platform as independent third-party suppliers.

Aldercrestt LLC is the official seller and Merchant of Record for every purchase made on the Platform. In practice, when you place an order, your purchase contract is formed solely with Aldercrestt LLC. We are your counterparty: we present the offer, set the final price, accept your order, collect payment, collect and remit any applicable sales tax, and are responsible to you for the order and for refunds.

Sellers are independent suppliers. They prepare and ship the pieces and supply them to Aldercrestt LLC for sale through the Platform, but they are not a party to your purchase contract, and you have no separate contractual relationship with any Seller. All of your rights and obligations as a buyer are with Aldercrestt LLC.

Because we are the official seller, Aldercrestt LLC stands behind every order: questions, returns, refunds, and disputes are handled by us in line with our Shipping & Returns Policy, with no need to negotiate directly with Sellers.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to use the Platform. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. Let us know promptly if you suspect any unauthorized use.

Listings are an invitation to order. A binding contract is formed when Aldercrestt LLC accepts your order. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout, plus shipping and any applicable sales tax, in the currency displayed.

Payments are handled by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. If a payment cannot be completed, your order will not be fulfilled. We may cancel an order and refund you if a piece is listed at the wrong price, is unavailable, or if the order appears fraudulent.

Pieces are prepared and shipped by independent Sellers on behalf of Aldercrestt LLC. As the official seller, Aldercrestt LLC remains responsible to you for the proper fulfillment of your order. Estimated preparation and delivery times, shipping costs, and tracking are described in our Shipping & Returns Policy.

Returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Aldercrestt LLC handles all refunds. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Every order is also covered by Aldercrestt Buyer Protection.

If you open a shop, you act as an independent supplier to Aldercrestt LLC. You authorize Aldercrestt LLC to present and sell your pieces to buyers as the official seller, and you are responsible for the accuracy of your listings, your right to sell each piece, compliance with applicable laws, and preparing and shipping orders on time.

Aldercrestt LLC charges a commission of 9% + $0.40 on the item total of each completed sale; the commission is deducted before payout. Payouts are made through our payment provider and may be held in secured funds for a short period after the sale before being released. You may only list pieces you are legally allowed to sell. Counterfeits, recalled or unsafe products, and any illegal items are prohibited.

You keep ownership of the photos, text, and other content you upload, and you grant Aldercrestt LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and use it to operate and promote the Platform. You are responsible for making sure your content does not infringe anyone's rights or break any law.

Do not use the Platform to deceive others, evade fees, infringe intellectual property, harass other users, or break the law. We may suspend, restrict, or remove accounts, shops, or listings that violate these Terms or that, in our reasonable judgment, present a risk.

Except for the responsibilities that Aldercrestt LLC expressly assumes as the official seller under these Terms and our Shipping & Returns Policy, the Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aldercrestt LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

Sellers agree to indemnify and hold Aldercrestt LLC harmless against any claim, loss, or expense arising from their listings, their pieces, their shipments, or their breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Wyoming have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules that let you bring a claim in the courts of the place where you live.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will take reasonable steps to let you know. Continuing to use the Platform after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
