Buying
How do I place an order?
Add pieces to your cart, then complete your payment. You can buy from several shops in a single order: we split it behind the scenes so each seller ships their own items. You'll get an order confirmation by email right away.
Does Aldercrestt hold its own inventory?
No, and that's by design: each partner shop keeps and manages its own stock, which we sync with the site. Availability is updated in real time, so a piece shown as available really is. As Merchant of Record, Aldercrestt remains your single official seller: we collect the payment and stand behind your order all the way to delivery.
Is my purchase protected?
Yes. Every order is covered by Aldercrestt Buyer Protection. If a piece never arrives or clearly doesn't match its description, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we'll help you get a refund.
Can I cancel an order?
If the seller hasn't shipped yet, message them from your order page to request a cancellation. Once the piece is on its way, the order can no longer be canceled, but you can still open a return if something's wrong.
Selling
How do I open a shop?
Head to Start selling, give your shop a name, and let us know whether you're selling as an individual or a business. You can list your first piece in minutes, with no signup fees.
How much does selling cost?
Listing is free. When a piece sells, Aldercrestt takes a 9% + $0.40 commission on the item price and pays you the rest directly. No monthly subscription, no fees for pieces that don't sell.
When do I get paid?
Aldercrestt collects every payment as Merchant of Record. Once an order is paid, your share is credited to your Aldercrestt wallet, and you can request a payout to your bank account at any time, usually processed within a few business days.
Shipping and returns
Who handles shipping?
Each seller ships their own pieces and sets their own shipping cost and handling time, shown on every listing. As soon as an order ships, the seller adds a tracking number so you can follow it from your order page.
How do returns work?
Each shop sets its own return policy, shown on its page. If a piece arrives damaged or not as described, you're covered by Buyer Protection no matter the shop's policy: just contact us.
Account and payments
Which payment methods can I use?
We accept major credit and debit cards, securely processed through Stripe. Aldercrestt never stores your full card number.
How do I change my email or password?
Open your account settings from the menu in the top right. There you can update your profile, manage your addresses, and view your past orders.
